Maybe the 3rd time really is a charm

After two previous poor attempts and many months talking myself into starting a blog again, today I finally got myself to take the first step. For now the main goal is to write at least once a week, keep a (hopefully successful) blog, and in that way find my writing voice. Of course that’s not the only goal. I have been struggling with a burnout and other mental health issues for many years now, and have quite a lot of experience with all kinds of techniques to deal with those issues. In the coming period I hope to explain more about what I have been going through and how I have dealt with certain problems. That is, if I can get myself to regularly post on this blog, of course :)
